IPPA Weekend

It was a great weekend- we hosted the Illinois Press Photographers Association annual conference and clip contest at the Illini Media Company building in Champaign. So many amazing photographers were there and I learned so much just from hanging out all weekend.

I got 2 honorable mentions in the Student Best of Photojournalism contest- one for news and one for pictorial.

Elizabeth was a friend of former Centennial High School student, Austin Cloyd, who was killed during the shooting.
